1 1/2 oz. Grappa
1/2 oz. Strega
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Peychaud's Bitters
Add the ingredients aside from the bitters to a mixing tin without ice and shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass and add 4 drops of bitters in a square. With a sip stick or toothpick draw a circle through the four drops of bitters creating an aesthetic ring and serve.
