#103 Exeggutor (draft)

1 Egg White
1 1/2 Aged Dark Rum
1/2 Coconut Rum
1/2 Banana Liqueur
3/4 Honey Syrup
1 Pineapple Juice
1/4 Melon Liqueur
· Pineapple leaves

Add the egg white, rum, banana liqueur, honey syrup, and juice to a tin without ice. Dry shake the ingredients. Add ice and shake again. Strain the cocktail into a collins glass. Top with the melon liqueur. Garnish with some pineapple leaves and serve.
