#101 Electrode (draft)

1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Strawberry Puree
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Light Rum
1 oz. Cream 
1/2 bar spoon Sugar

In one mixing tin with ice, add the strawberry liqueur, puree, and triple sec. In another tin add the rum and cream and sugar with a small amount of ice. Shake both tins, but shake the cream tin especially vigorously. Strain the red layer to the bottom of a stemless red wine glass. Add ice to the glass. Top with the whipped cream layer and serve.
