½ Blue Curacao
¾ Pineapple Juice
½ Honey Syrup
Sprite
Add all the ingredients except the Sprite to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and top with the Sprite. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a few leaves and serve.
