1.5 Light Rum
½ Limoncello
1 Mango Puree
½ Strawberry Liqueur
Add all the ingredients except the strawberry liqueur to a mixing tin with ice and shake. In a chilled martini glass add the strawberry liqueur then strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a slice of starfruit and serve.
