Blueberries
Raspberries
Basil
3/4 oz. Agave Syrup
2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Hum Liqueur

1/4 oz. Fresh Grenadine
3/4 oz. Lime Juice

Add a handful of basil and the berries to a mixing tin and muddle. Add the fluid ingredients to the tin with ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a few raspberries and serve.

4 raspberries muddled
1/2 oz. Cedilla
1 oz. Cachaca
1/4 oz. Lime
1/4 oz. Sprite

In an old fashioned glass muddle the raspberries. Add ice and then the liquid ingredients. Stir lightly and serve. 

#049 Venomoth (draft)

1/2 Lime, Sliced
4 Raspberries
1 3/4 oz. Cachaca
1/2 oz. Cedilla
1/4 oz. Viniq
1/2 oz. Sparkling Wine

Add the lime and raspberries to a mixing tin and muddle. Add the liquid ingredients aside from the sparkling wine with ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass and top with the sparkling wine.

2 Strawberries
8 Blueberries
6 Black berries
8 Raspberries
6 Red Grapes
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
2 1/2 oz.Rum
Grape soda

In a small mason jar, add the berries and the juice. Muddle thoroughly. Add ice and top with soda. Cap the jar and shake lightly. Open the jar, add a straw, and serve.

Fresh Berries
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
3/4 oz. Cedilla
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Agave Syrup

Harvest some berries from your neighborhood garden. Add them to a mixing tin and mash them with a muddler. Add the liquid ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a tulip glass with fresh ice and serve.

1 1/2 Bourbon
1/2 Simple Syrup
1/2 Lemon Juice

In a mixing tin, muddle the berries and add the liquid ingredients. Add ice to the mixing tin and shake. In a large rocks glass, add one dry ice cube and cover with crushed ice. Strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a metal straw with a filter and serve.

3/4 Lemon Juice
1/4 Sloe Gin

In a mixing tin, muddle the berries and add the liquid ingredients. Add ice to the mixing tin and shake. In a red wine glass, add one dry ice cube and cover with crushed ice. Strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a metal straw with a filter.

1/2 Lime Juice
1.5 Genever
Tonic Water

Add the berries, lime juice, and genever to a highball glass. Muddle, add ice, and top with tonic water. Garnish with a grapefruit twist and serve.
