#041 Zubat (draft)

1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/4 oz. Cherry Heering
1/4 oz. Crème de Cassis

Add the ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Stir and strain the cocktail into a shooter glass. Add a blackberry and serve.

    o Used Bacardi gold,
    o tastes like cough medicine,
    o bad color, try blueberry… needs brightness
    make it lower proof, easier to shoot.
