1 1/4 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Cherry Heering
1/4 oz. Creme de Cassis
1/2 oz. Demerara Syrup
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
1 spoon Blackberry Jam
Add all the ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into coupe cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
