#053 Persian (draft)

1/4 oz. Goldschlager
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz. Amaretto
3/4 oz. White Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz. Thyme Infused Cointreau
1/2 oz. Honey

Add all the ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve.

  1. insanely messy, no balance of flavor, grapefruit dessert, with time, tone it down. try lemon amaretto, honey, keep it light. or go dessert angle
