1 oz. Scotch
3/4 oz. Campari
1 oz. Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Apricot Nectar
1/4 oz. Port

Add the ingredients aside from the port to a tin with ice. Shake and strain the cocktail into a rocks glass with ice. Top with port, garnish with an orange slice, and serve.

1 Gin
1/4 Maraschino Liqueur
1/8 Crème de Violette
¾ Lemon (maybe lime)
¼ Simple Syrup
Ruby Port

Shake and strain into an angular rocks glass with a cut ice cube. Float some ruby port on top.
